Breast Augmentation London
Breast augmentation (or enlargement) involves the insertion of silicon implants into a person’s chest. This makes the breasts appear fuller, lifted and more youthful.
For women with naturally small breasts, or those who have lost volume in their breasts during pregnancy or weight loss, breast augmentation can restore confidence and balance.
After the procedure, the breasts will be perfectly proportioned, firm and aesthetically pleasing.
This surgery can be performed in one hour at Dr Abood’s London clinic. Recovery takes 6 to 8 weeks.
Breast Reduction London
Large and heavy breasts can lead to back problems, neck pain and issues of self-esteem. Women with large breasts often have difficulty finding clothes that fit or feel comfortable.
At the AA London practice, the lives of these women could be significantly changed through breast reduction surgery in just 2 to 3 hours. Recovery takes 2 to 4 weeks, but the results significantly improve quality of life for these individuals.
Breast reduction surgery decreases the size and weight of the breasts by removing excess fat, glandular tissue and skin.
At the same time, Dr Abood can reshape the breast, elevate the nipple position, address asymmetry and conceal consequent scarring.
After the surgery, the patient’s chest will be in proportion with the rest of their body, creating a harmonious appearance.
Mastopexy (Breast Uplift) London
Breast uplift surgery is for women whose breasts have lost their firm shape and may appear irregular.
The surgery causes the breasts to sit higher up on the chest, combating conditions such as sagging, drooping, and asymmetrical or ‘empty’ breasts.
These conditions can be caused by a number of factors, such as age, lifestyle and life experiences.
Breast uplift surgery can help individuals regain a firm and youthful bust, by lifting, reshaping and volumizing their breasts.
At the AA Plastic Surgery in London, it takes up to 2 hours for Dr Abood to perform a breast uplift. Recovery is set at around 6 weeks.
Abdominoplasty (Tummy Tuck) London
Loose skin around the area of our stomach and abdomen can cause us to feel self-conscious and insecure about our appearance. Many people’s lives are negatively impacted by this.
A tummy tuck is designed to remove excess skin that has been stretched out of shape by changes in the body, such as pregnancy, significant weight loss or aging.
A tummy tuck has the ability to contour and firm the abdomen, producing an aesthetically pleasing stomach that can restore an individual’s confidence.
At his London clinic, Dr Abood can perform this procedure in 2 to 3 hours. Recovery can take up to 6 weeks.
Liposuction London
When a healthy lifestyle is unsuccessful at reducing stubborn pockets of fat around the body, liposuction can be used to get rid of the unwanted weight.
This treatment is also known as ‘liposculpture’ for its ability to shape and define areas of the body.
Liposuction removes fat from beneath the surface of the skin. It can be used on its own or as part of another procedure.
Common places where liposuction is effective include the arms, thighs, knees, stomach, hips and back.
You will be able to identify which areas you would like to be treated during your consultation with Dr Abood at his London practice.
Blepharoplasty (Eye Bag Removal) London
Eye bag removal is one of the most requested services at our London clinic. It takes between 60 and 90 minutes and requires a two to six week recovery period.
As the skin loses elasticity over time, it begins to crease and droop around the eyes. Fat bulges can form that cause prominent eye bags or eyelid hooding. Eventually, your vision may be impaired by hanging skin.
Blepharoplasty is the surgical procedure that removes excess skin and fat from both the upper and lower eyelids.
The result is a younger, fresher look around the upper face and a lowered risk of loose skin blocking your vision.

About London
London has been a significant British settlement for over two millennia due to its key position on the River Thames. It was founded by the Romans around 47-50 CE as Londinium; the capital of Roman occupied Britain and a major commercial port. Londinium was burned to the ground in 61 CE by Queen Boudica and the Iceni tribe, and was practically abandoned in the early 5th century when Roman rule collapsed.
Alfred the Great is thought to have ‘refounded’ London in 886, reviving trade in the settlement. London began to grow again until it became the largest town in England by the 11th century. William the Conqueror was crowned in Westminster Abbey in 1066 and founded the Tower of London as his primary place of governance. Parliament formed in 1215 after the signing of the Magna Carta and met in the Palace of Westminster. London superseded Winchester – the capital of Anglo-Saxon England – and has remained the English capital ever since, surviving the Black Death, the Great Fire of London and the Blitz.
Today London is a major financial centre and global city with strong influence on international markets. It is Europe’s third-most populous city and has the continent’s largest concentration of higher education institutions, including Imperial College London, University College London and the London School of Economics. Over 300 languages are spoken in this diverse city.
Modern visitors to London might visit London’s four world heritage sites: the Tower of London, Kew Gardens, the Palace of Westminster and the Royal Observatory in Greenwich. Other attractions include the iconic Tower Bridge, the London Eye, Buckingham Palace, St Paul’s Cathedral and Big Ben. The London Underground is the oldest rapid transit system on the planet.
