I am the practice co-ordinator and personal secretary to Mr Abood , helping to make sure that all aspects of AA plastic surgery run smoothly. I am often the first point of contact for patients and am present throughout your journey with the practice and frequently afterwards!
I graduated from UCL in linguistics (fluent in French and Spanish) and following that worked in several sectors before joining the practice. My experiences in varied service industries have led to a broader understanding of the sorts of things that can influence ‘customer’ experience.
I take pride in the fact that we go above and beyond to ensure our patients have the very best possible experience. I’ve now been part of the practice for a number of years and over this time have loved being able to listen to the positive impact the practice has had for so many people.
