The Procedure

On the day of your brow lift, you’ll be welcomed into our modern Cambridge or London clinic by our friendly team. The procedure is typically carried out under local anaesthetic with sedation, although general anaesthesia may be recommended for certain techniques.

An endoscopic brow lift uses several very small incisions hidden within the hairline. A tiny camera (endoscope) and specialised instruments allow the surgeon to gently lift the brow tissues from beneath the skin. This technique offers precise adjustment with minimal scarring, less swelling, and a faster recovery compared to traditional methods.

A temporal brow lift, also known as a lateral lift, focuses on elevating the outer portion of the eyebrows and smoothing the crow’s feet area. Small incisions are made within the hairline, near the temples, allowing subtle lifting that creates a refreshed, more open eye area. It’s ideal for patients seeking gentle rejuvenation without changing the central brow position.

Aftercare & Results

Following your brow lift, you’ll receive detailed aftercare guidance and be supported by our experienced nursing team. Patients are able to return home shortly after the procedure, with only minimal downtime required.

You may be advised to rest and keep your head elevated for the first few days. The team will arrange follow-up appointments to ensure your recovery is progressing smoothly and that you’re delighted with your results.   Four weeks ago I had upper eyelid and brow lift surgery and I am absolutely delighted with the results already. Mr Abood and his team looked after me really well. So much so, I am planning to return and have my lower lids done, once my upper lids have completely healed.   I can honestly say that Mr Abood is extremely personable. He made me feel at ease from my 1st meeting with him. He explained what to expect from my surgery very well.  I never felt rushed during appointments,  I really felt reasured when I asked questions and he knew I was worried about going to London for my breast argumentation and lower blasphemy . He took time to video call me before my operations to offer reassurance .
I can not thank him more for his kindness and professionalism.
All in all I am extremely happy with the results and would definitely recommend him . I have discussed another surgery with him for later in the year . I would not choose a different surgeon,  Mr Abood and his staff are fantastic.
